Cashless Insurance Claims Service
We accept OTI (Overseas Travelers Insurance) policies from a long list of Insurance Companies. If your insurance company is not on our list, please call or e-mail us for further information. For Corporates who have their own insurance policies, our team of Customer Service Personnels and Medical Secretaries will be available to assist in preparing the claims for you.
OTI claims
All you have to do is to bring your original valid policy on your first visit only. We shall record and scan a copy of your policy for your subsequent visits. Based on your policy and its coverage, our Customer Service Team will process the claims on your behalf. All you have to do is to check the invoice for that visit and sign on the insurance claims form and we will do the rest.
